‘Woman with Passion’ started as a blog idea many years ago after discovering that I feel better with a purpose; that for me success is the result of an accomplishment. It can be a simple thing like running errands, completing a work project, or trying a new recipe, a big thing like re-decorating a space, or a really big thing like planning an event.
Before kids, everything was based on what I wanted or needed & although my passion has only expanded since they were born, I feel like I haven’t had a thing for me. I also feel like there’s not much time left at the end of the day.
Anyway, this long post is a reminder to myself & an invitation for any ladies reading this – that it’s important to find ways of feeling a sense of accomplishment & to challenge yourself to explore your passion – whatever it is or whatever it was & with whatever time you have.
As part of my little adventure of discovering something new (and to get myself out of a COVID rut), I started selling SeneGence makeup and skincare. This was not because I’m an expert, but because it’s fun & for whatever reason, when the 🌎 shut down on March 11th – I took a bit of a hiatus from getting ‘ready’ in the morning. It was like one giant snow day & when I realized it wasn’t a snow day, I accepted that needed a little extra motivation to prepare each day. That’s when I took the leap to try something new & stepped out of my comfort zone.
